Perfect Stop for Families
The staff was unbelievably helpful! They made sure we got all the info we needed for traveling to the city and recommended a restaurant nearby that was amazing.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

Huge bright and modern room. Double glazed windows makes for a silent nights sleep and the room was always very clean. Reception staff were helpful and happy to give directions and advice. Shuttle bus booked through the hotel was very clean and comfortable and on time. Close to the bus stop to go in to Venice.
There was no fridge in the room and there was no tourist pamphlets or maps. The restaurant service was not good, perhaps they had not long opened as nobody seemed to know much. The food at the buffet breakfast was cold.

It's a big, bright, new hotel. Staff was friendly. Delicious breakfasts. Big free parking.
No restaurant at the hotel

A cozy base for Venetian adventures
Our spacious room was an oasis after a long day exploring Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well-stocked and had multiple choices daily.
Despite the warm ambiance, the air conditioning was a bit finicky, not turning off easily at night. The lack of nearby dining options required planning for meals in advance.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the busstation to venice. We asked for interconnected rooms since we were traveling with 3 children. The rooms were well isolated against noise (coming from the other room and also from outside). The rooms were big and very clean with private bathroom with bath, central airconditioning with in each room a thermostate. Great beds and helpful staff.
We had a bit of a problem finding the hotel with the gps but after we called the hotel we got the name of the road (next to the road which is publiced as their address). Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had a comfortable king bed. The hotel's decorations were bright and energizing.

It's a quick bus ride to Venice, and Erika at reception gave us solid tips for getting around. Highly recommend trying the nearby restaurant. Their calzone is fantastic, and there's a great gelato shop on the way. You can grab breakfast at a local patisserie too. Super convenient and fun!
The only downside was that we had to pay for extra tea packets in our room. Just a minor inconvenience, really.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Very difficult to reach the hotel by night in public transport. Waiting for buses in Venezia to Marguera may take an eternity. Taxis wanted to charge me 40€ to take me to the hotel from Venezia by night. The hotel's restaurant just opens for lunch and dinner so if you get hungry between those hours you have to e preapre to explore Marghera to look for food.

More fun than I expected!
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The spacious rooms and cleanliness were excellent. It's just a quick 10-15 minute bus ride to the heart of Venice. The staff was helpful, guiding us with maps and bus schedules. Breakfast offered a good variety, though a bit repetitive.

Rooms were large even for a family of 4 adults. Very new and very clean. Don't look for room service though, they don't offer any. Amenities of the hotel were excellent. Breakfast buffet was also very good with lots of choices. Perfect for those who want to see venice as the bus stop is only about 200 meters away (bus no. 6 every 20mins goes directly to venice piazzale roma). Also close to a supermarket (about 400 meters). The staff were all very helpful and polite. If you book early enough, you could get very good rates too!

It was close and convenient enough to Venice that we were easily able to take public transportation into Venice without having to stay in an overpriced hotel there.
Hotel is addressed off a street that it is not really on. The GPS directed us to the correct street, but you could not access the hotel from that street by car. (There is a pedestrian footpath, though). You had to drive onto the adjoining freeway on-ramp and then exit to the hotel just before entering the freeway. There is a tiny sign at the on-ramp to the freeway that is inadequate for directing visitors to the hotel.
